i made it from a bead i found at joann fabrics, and thin bendable metal sheets. a little bit of wire wrapping and voila!! add it to a chain :D

ooh cool!! a fellow serah cosplayer!! :P teehee, good luck with your cosplay!! :D

for the skirt, i basically bought a simple red plaid "school girl" pleated skirt, and lined the bottom with lace. i actually just glued it on xD heh, im soo lazy.. then i used these rubbery gold sheets i found from hobby lobby, and cut em into that gold thing she has on her skirt, and glued that on as well. the overcoat was made out of really light pink see through fabric and sewn using a very simple vest pattern. and um jewelry.... um it helps to learn wire wrapping.... A LOT. JoAnn fabrics has a lot of nice pendants and pearls, its where i found the pink teardrop jewel and the weird purple blue swirl globe bead. the armband is hard to explain, but i used a lotta leather strips found at hobby lobby and used velcro for closure.. if that helps any., umm... but yeh, srry for such a long response. i hope it helped at least a little.. im terrible at explaining things xD good luck with your cosplay!! :D

Thanks :)
I made the leather arm bracelet and I decided to make the skirt. I found fabric that actually is almost identical to the real thing :D
